 This fantastic new leisure facility offers the following to you, your family and friends:

Health & Fitness Memberships - Enjoy unlimited use of the gym, a personal programme, workout classes and general swimming sessions.

Gym - The gym offers a range of fitness and strengthening equipment and our instructors will guide you on how to use them effectively and safely to acheive your personal goals.

Swimming - Our 25m main pool provides lane swimming for fitness, family fun sessions, adult only sessions, water workout classes as well as a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages (children to adult).  Our learner pool also offers a full programme of swimming lessons and with a stepped entrance it is an ideal way for young children to build their confidence in the water.

Workout Studio - A wide range of classes are on offer to tone & shape and increase fitness levels to suit all abilities

Crèche - Our purpose built Crèche enables you to leave your child in a safe environment whilst you enjoy another activity within the Centre.

Meeting Room - Is able to accommodate local business meetings and small functions.

Children's Activities - A programme of activities for children up to the age of 15 will be offered as well as holiday activities and birthday parties, (coming in 2008).

Young at Heart - A selection of activities for the over 60's will help you to stay fit and active for longer.
